I will use "My Online Business" as the purpose for this System and "PTC/PTR" (Paid to Click/Paid to Read) as one Program Type.  As you read through, follow my instructions and create an Example.  If you need help or have any questions or suggestions, feel free to contact me.   By the time you get to the end of this tutorial, it will all fall together for you.  Let's begin.

Create a Main Folder - This will hold all Sub Folders and Wordpads

1)  Go to your "My Documents".
2)  At the left you will find, "Make a New Folder"
3)  Click that and a new Folder will appear with a blank box next to it .
4)  In this blank box, name the Folder "My Online Business".  This is your Main Folder.
5)  After typing the name in, click the Folder to set it.  You can always right click any  Folder to give it a new name.  Also, you can move this Folder to your Desktop if you like.
6)  Double click this Folder to open it.

Create Sub Folders - These will hold Wordpads

1)  Go to the left again and click on "Make a New Folder".
2)  Name this one "PTC/PTR".  You can make as many Sub Folders in here as you like and give them names that have to do with the "Main Folder" name.
3)  Now, close the Folder you named "PTC/PTR".

Suggestions for Sub Folder names:
Traffic Exchanges, AutoSurfs, FFA's, Safelists, Advertising, Ebooks, Affiliate Programs, Expenses, Contacts, Resources, Payment Processors, etc.

Create Wordpads - These will hold program information

1)  Click on Start ---> Run ---> a box will open.
2)  Type "wordpad" in there then click "OK".  A Wordpad will open.
3)  Type in the Wordpad, for example, "DaysLook" (a PTR program).
4)  Put information that you need for DaysLook.

Example Wordpad:

Saving the Wordpad

Once you are done putting the DaysLook information in the Wordpad,  you will be ready to save it inside the Sub Folder you named "PTC/PTR".

1)  Close the Wordpad.
2)  A box will pop up asking if you want to save it.  Click Yes.  Another box will pop up.
3)
Another box will pop up.  In here, name the Wordpad "DaysLook".
4)
The dropdown menu at the top will help you find that Sub Folder to save it in.  It is the small grey button with a down arrow in it.  Click this grey button.
5)  You should be at "My Document".  If not, locate "My Documents" and double click it.  If you are at "My Documents, go to #6.
6)  Locate the Main Folder named "My Online Business" and double click it.
7)  Locate the Sub Folder named "PTC/PTR" and double click it.

8)  Click the Save button and you are done.

Follow this procedure with all programs you join or have joined and save each in the appropriate Sub Folder. Then you will have all important program information in one place.

Access your Dayslook Wordpad - Follow this path:

Start ---> My Documents ---> My Online Business (Main Folder) ---> PTC/PTR (sub folder) ---> DaysLook (wordpad)

This may seem like a lot of work at first but you will be glad that you did it when you need to quickly get a link or some piece of information.

Once you have each of your program's information on a Wordpad and tucked inside it's appropriate Folder, you will find that each Folder could be a Webpage... or a combination of 2 or 3 Folders could make up a Webpage.  Your DOMAIN name would be selected based on your Main Folder and its contents and what you want to accomplish.

It would also be a great idea to create one more Wordpad and write down your plans and goals.  Save it inside your Main Folder and refer to it often to add to it or change it or just to remind yourself.  Plan your work/Work your plan.

Be creative and most of all, have fun.

In Tutorial 2 I will discuss organizing your Bookmarks.
